Refunds & Returns
The Customer is eligible for a full refund and item(s) return ONLY in the occurrence of the below 2 situations:
- If the item(s) received was defected
- If the item(s) received was not as described (e.g.: different color, different model, or different specs)
In case you faced one of the above 2 situations, you are kindly requested to send us a photo of the wrong/defected item received on whatsapp (76-022720) in a period no more than 2 days from the date of receiving your order.
Once your refund request is approved, we will inform you and the refund amount will be transferred to your balance in 2-5 working days or an online voucher to be used at our store in which the customer chooses between these 2 options.
