Exchanges are accepted in which the customer pays the 2-way delivery charges (delivery fees will be mentioned in the approval email).

In case you changed your mind after receiving your order, you are kindly requested to send us a photo of the item(s) you would like to exchange on whatsapp (76-022720) in a period no more than 3 days from the date of receiving your order on condition that the items requested for exchange are brand new and unworn.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will inform you and you will be given an online voucher to use at our store.
